Kuwaiti Female Archers Bag Bronze At AWST '26

SHARJAH, UAE, Feb 4 (KUNA) -- Archers of Kuwait Shooting Sport Club on Wednesday won the bronze medal of the team competitions of the Eighth Arab Women Sports Tournament (AWST 2026), being hosted by UAE's Sharjah Women's Sports.
The Kuwaiti team, made up of Nour Al-Sharhan, Soad Al-Bahr, Reem Al-Naqib, showed outstanding performance which mirrored the growing popularity of the sport in Kuwait.
Opened on February 2, AWST 2026 runs until February 12 with 65 teams from 16 Arab countries taking part in nine individual and team competitions. (end)
