New Israeli Strikes in Gaza Kill One, Injure Two
(MENAFN) A Palestinian lost his life, and two more were injured on Sunday morning during an Israeli attack that struck a civilian assembly in the Wadi Gaza area of central Gaza. This incident is part of Tel Aviv’s ongoing daily breaches of the ceasefire agreement that has been in effect since Oct. 10, 2025.
The assault follows two days of intense violence during which Israel killed 37 Palestinians in strikes targeting shelters, tents occupied by displaced individuals, a police station, and residential buildings.
A medical official at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza informed a news agency that one Palestinian was killed and two sustained injuries in the Israeli attack in the Wadi Gaza region.
Eyewitness accounts relayed to the news agency indicate that an Israeli drone fired at least one missile at a civilian gathering north of Wadi Gaza.
The area had been evacuated previously by the Israeli military under the terms of the ceasefire agreement.
In a separate event, witnesses reported that Israeli forces carried out demolition operations in areas under their control northeast of Gaza City, coinciding with intense gunfire from military vehicles and cranes, in alignment with the agreement.
Israeli military units also opened fire west of Rafah city and east of the Bureij refugee camp in zones under army authority. Additionally, Israeli naval forces discharged fire toward the northern Gaza coastline.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, Israeli military operations have resulted in approximately 509 Palestinian deaths and 1,405 injuries since Oct. 11, 2025.
