Putin Congratulates CAR President Touadera on Re-Election
(MENAFN) Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated Central African Republic (CAR) President Faustin Archange Touadera on securing a third term in last month’s election and discussed prospects for further cooperation during a phone call.
