Profile Articles Activity

I have a PhD in politics and international relations. My research has primarily been on religion and politics. I have published a book titled "Religion in British International Development" (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020). I am currently researching party politics in Tanzania with a focus on parties' use of social media in an autocratic context. I also consult in policy and political economy analyses.

I am also a part-time lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Tumaini University-Makumira in Arusha, Tanzania, where I teach international law modules including theories of international relations, collective security, international diplomacy, research methods and philosophy. I was an honorary research fellow (2018-2022) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
