My research interests span several areas, including corporate law, corporate governance, comparative corporate law, empirical corporate finance, and financial markets law.
My research activity has been recognized with several accolades, as the Dean's Scholar Prize in Comparative Corporate Governance and Finance at Harvard Law School, the Felice Gianani Award from the Italian Banking Association, the Fondazione Confalonieri Scholarship for the best Ph.D. thesis in the legal field, the Franco Bonelli Scholarship for the monography related to the Chairman of the board of directors of joint stock companies, and a postdoc merit scholarship from the Bocconi Ph.D. School, awarded to the top student across all programs in the year of the thesis defense.
In 2024, I have been awarded one of the European Central Bank scholarships under the ECB Legal Program with a project on banking supervision in the AI age.
