Syrian Army Advances Toward Tishrin Dam Near Manbij
(MENAFN) On Monday, the Syrian military moved to assume control of the Tishrin Dam, located southeast of Manbij, which has been under the occupation of the YPG/SDF group.
According to the Anadolu team reporting from Manbij, members of the organization have started pulling back from the vicinity of the dam.
The Syrian army, stationed along the front line, also progressed toward the site, with no confrontations reported between the parties since the morning hours.
