Supreme Cinc Staff Discusses Effectiveness Of 'Drone Line'
According to him, the meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Headquarters reviewed the development of the military-political situation and the adversary's prospects in the first half of 2026, with a particular focus on the drone and technological components. An intelligence briefing was heard.
The capabilities of the Defense Forces to scale up the unmanned component were discussed separately. As a result, a decision was made to increase the effectiveness of the "Drone Line," strengthen command and control, and provide it with the necessary resources.

Special attention was also given to scaling up the production of fiber-optic drones, taking into account range and strike accuracy.
"Unmanned technologies are one of the key factors in deterring the enemy. The decisions of the Headquarters are aimed at systematically strengthening this capability," Umerov emphasized.
As Ukrinform reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Headquarters at which a number of issues were discussed, including countering Russian Shahed-type drone strikes, Ukraine's deep strikes, and the Ukrainian "Drone Line."
