He stated that the Russian army is concentrating its attacks on the energy sector in order to leave Ukrainians without light and heat.
“This is nothing less than terror, a sign of the dictator's powerlessness and degradation. Despite all the challenges, Ukrainian energy companies, regional military administrations, communities, and emergency services are working in extremely difficult conditions and doing everything possible,” the official said.
According to him, in each region, the heads of the regional military administrations are personally coordinating the work to eliminate the consequences of enemy attacks around the clock. All necessary forces and means have been mobilized.
The necessary resources have been allocated for priority measures. The work of the resilience centers is being monitored, and thanks to cooperation with local businesses, their network has been expanded.
Efforts are also continuing to deal with the consequences of heavy snowfalls that have covered most regions of the country: snow clearance, de-icing, and restoration of traffic on transport arteries in all regions of the country. Particular attention is being paid to roads leading to hospitals, educational institutions, and other facilities that ensure the functioning of communities. The necessary amount of equipment has been mobilized.
Attacks by the Russian Federation on the information field in the regions are being recorded. The enemy is trying to spread provocative, panic-mongering narratives on social media in order to weaken the unity of the people and destabilize the situation by putting pressure on society. To this end, it uses bot farms, public statements by traitors from abroad, and other means of information influence.
