Twenty Dead as Flash Floods Batter Bolivia
(MENAFN) Devastating flooding triggered by intense weekend precipitation in Bolivia has claimed a minimum of 20 lives, government officials confirmed.
Vice Minister of Civil Defense Alfredo Troche briefed journalists Sunday, explaining that catastrophic flooding inundated the city of Santa Cruz following the Pirai River's breach beyond its banks.
