Qatar National Day Stands As A Powerful Symbol Of Unity: Ambassador Of Kazakhstan

Doha, Qatar: Over the years, Qatar has earned a well-deserved reputation as a credible and constructive diplomatic actor, said Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Qatar H E Arman Issagaliyev.

“Qatar National Day stands as a powerful symbol of unity, continuity, and national pride, rooted in the legacy of the Founding Father, Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed bin Thani, and carried forward under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. It reflects the strength of Qatari society and the shared sense of belonging felt not only by citizens, but also by the many residents who contribute to the country's ongoing success and growing international presence,” he added in a message on Qatar National Day.

He noted that Qatar's foreign policy, guided by principles of dialogue, balance, and respect for sovereignty, has enabled the country to play a meaningful role in mediation and peacebuilding at both regional and global levels.“Kazakhstan, under the leadership of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, holds this approach in high regard, seeing in it a close convergence with our own commitment to preventive diplomacy and peaceful engagement.”

“Living and working in Doha, I see Qatar continuing its journey of rapid growth and transformation with clarity and ambition. The country's progress in education, infrastructure, economic diversification, culture, environmental sustainability, and sports reflects a clear strategic vision and strong political resolve. He said that the strategic partnership between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Qatar continue to deepen, built on mutual trust and a shared outlook between President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.“Our cooperation has expanded steadily across political, economic, and investment spheres, complemented by close coordination on regional and international platforms. We see strong potential for further partnership in food security, renewable energy, innovation, and tourism, supported by growing human and cultural ties between our peoples.”
