QMC Takes Part In Executive Council Meeting Of Arab States Broadcasting Union In Tunisia
Tunis: The Qatar Media Corporation (QMC) participated in the 114th meeting of the Executive Council of the Arab States Broadcasting Union, alongside the Union's 45th General Assembly meetings, hosted by the Republic of Tunisia from Dec. 14 to 17.
The meetings brought together representatives of official media organizations from across the Arab world.
The participation aims to strengthen joint Arab media cooperation, develop mechanisms for radio and television content exchange, and keep pace with professional and technological shifts in the Arab media landscape.
The Qatari delegation was headed by Abdulrahman Al Obaidan, media adviser at the Qatar Media Corporation. The delegation also included Abdullah Ghanem Al Binali Al Muhannadi, director of the QMC International Cooperation Office, and Ali Saleh Al Sada, director of Qatar Television.
The Qatar Media Corporation's participation reflects its commitment to supporting frameworks for joint Arab cooperation and to strengthening media partnerships that contribute to the development of Arab media content and the advancement of its professional and technical tools.
