King Abdullah praises Jordan’s pavilion team at Osaka Expo 2025
(MENAFN) His Majesty King Abdullah held a meeting on Sunday with the team responsible for Jordan’s pavilion at the Osaka Expo 2025 in Japan, which welcomed close to one million visitors.
The gathering took place at Al Husseiniya Palace and included the presence of HRH Crown Prince Hussein. During the meeting, His Majesty expressed his appreciation for the team’s “collective efforts that resulted in a world-class national pavilion,” and stressed the importance of leveraging this accomplishment as a benchmark for Jordan’s future participation in international exhibitions, as stated by reports.
Jordan’s pavilion at the Osaka Expo earned two gold awards at the Official Participants Awards Ceremony, recognized in the areas of content development and sustainability for medium-sized pavilions. Notably, it was the only pavilion at the event to achieve two gold medals during the exhibition, which ran from April to October and included contributions from 165 countries.
According to surveys conducted by a Japanese specialist company, the Jordanian pavilion received the highest visitor satisfaction ratings, showcasing the nation’s innovation and competitiveness on the global stage.
