Gunman Opens Fire inside Shopping Center in Norway's Capital
(MENAFN) A gunman opened fire inside Norway's capital city shopping complex on Monday, discharging a handgun before authorities apprehended him, a local broadcaster, confirmed.
"It turns out that one shot was fired. We have the perpetrator in custody," Tor Grottum of Oslo police stated, as emergency responders maintained their presence at Stor Storsenter, Oslo's largest retail center.
