Turkey-Saudi Arabia explore new trade opportunities at Business Forum
(MENAFN) During the 11th World Halal Summit in Istanbul, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia examined fresh avenues for economic collaboration, as stated by reports. On Friday, the Türkiye-Saudi Arabia Business Forum, organized under the umbrella of Türkiye's Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK), brought together business leaders from both nations to discuss proposals and sectors that could enhance bilateral trade.

Running from November 26 to 29, the event is held under the patronage of the Turkish presidency, with support from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the Turkish Trade Ministry, the Halal Accreditation Agency, and other institutions, with a global communications partner facilitating international coverage.
At the forum, representatives from Türkiye and Saudi Arabia’s business sectors explored emerging business areas, sector-specific opportunities, and potential investment avenues that could boost trade flows. Key discussions centered on strategic sector investments, initiatives to expand trade volume, and models for long-term economic cooperation.
The event also highlighted the shared competitiveness of Türkiye and Saudi Arabia in the growing global halal market, emphasizing prospects for joint growth.
