Lavrov Claims That Russia Received 28-Point U.S.“Peace Plan” Through Unofficial Channels

He said that Russia had not received any other versions of this document.

Lavrov also accused the West of trying to“rewrite Trump's plan and undermine efforts to resolve” the war.
