Erdogan Travels to South Africa for G20 Summit
(MENAFN) Türkiye’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan departed on Friday for South Africa to take part in the G20 Leaders’ Summit.
He is traveling with Turkish first lady Emine Erdogan, Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, and Communications Director Burhanettin Duran, along with other government officials.
The Turkish president is anticipated to participate in multiple sessions of the summit, which will be held under the theme, “Solidarity, Equality, Sustainability.”
