As a key outcome of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev's visit to the United States in early November, Air Astana and Boeing signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at renewing and expanding the airline's long-haul fleet, including the acquisition of 18 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
