The leaders explored strategic partnerships across multiple sectors, emphasizing energy projects and initiatives. They also highlighted the role of interregional collaboration in promoting trade, economic development, cultural exchange, and broader social ties. The discussions acknowledged benefits from the recent Regional Council Meeting held in the Moscow region in October.

Both presidents agreed to maintain regular communication across different levels of governance to continue strengthening bilateral cooperation. Central Asian nations, including Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, have increasingly supplied energy to Europe using infrastructure initially built for Russian-European energy exports since the start of the Ukraine conflict in 2022.
