Israeli Occupation Warplanes Launch Airstrikes In Southern Lebanon

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) BEIRUT, Nov. 13 (KUNA) -- The Israeli occupation on Thursday carried out airstrikes on several areas in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency (NNA) reported that the occupation aircraft targeted the Khanouq area in the town of Aitaroun, firing two air-to-ground missiles near the site of an explosion that occurred two days ago.
The warplanes later struck the outskirts of the town of Tayr Felsay and renewed their raids twice on the same area.
Heavy aerial activity of Israeli occupation drones was also reported throughout last night over the Nabatieh region and its towns at low altitude.
Israeli occupation forces have recently intensified their attacks and targeting of Lebanese towns despite the ceasefire agreement that took effect on November 2024. (end)
