Ryann Donnelly

Ryann Donnelly is an artist and academic interested in the relationship between biopolitics and subversive bodily representation in queer and feminist performance and sculptural practices since 1960. She completed a practice-based PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London in 2017. She has published two books with Repeater Books: Justify My Love: Sex, Subversion, and Music Video in 2019 and Body High: Death, Drugs, and Eva Hesse in 2025.
