DIU Special Forces Take Control Of Islands In Former Kakhovka Reservoir

Fighters of the Bratstvo unit, which is part of the Timur Special Unit, carried out a successful reconnaissance and sabotage operation in the“grey zone” of the former reservoir area.

During the operation near the Velyki Kuchuhury sector, located 7 kilometers from the shoreline, DIU special forces detected and eliminated two Russian invaders.

The Bratstvo fighters raised the blue-and-yellow flag over the islands and established control over the area.

As reported by Ukrinform, after a successful airborne operation in Pokrovsk, additional DIU forces broke through a ground corridor and linked up with the Timur Special Unit.
