NATO-Ukraine JATEC Joins Major Computer-Assisted Command-Post Exercise
“Representatives of the NATO-Ukraine Joint Analysis, Training and Education Centre (JATEC) took part in Exercise STEADFAST DUEL 2025, NATO's largest computer-assisted command-post exercise of the year, bringing together 32 Allied nations,” the post reads.
The Alliance's representation stated that the exercises aimed to test Allied cohesion and readiness to operate together across all domains of defense - on land, in the air, at sea, in cyberspace, and in space.
“JATEC's participation in STEADFAST DUEL 2025 demonstrates the growing partnership between NATO and Ukraine, as JATEC – NATO's first joint civil-military organization with Ukraine – plays an important role in strengthening collective security and interoperability,” the statement emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, at the end of October the NATO–JATEC and NATO's Allied Command Transformation conducted a new stage of testing an innovative solution to counter guided aerial bombs.

It has progressed from a concept to prototypes at various levels of technological implementation.
Ukrainian specialists are directly involved in the testing and provide expert assessments, allowing the solution to be optimally adapted to the realities of the modern battlefield.
