As a consumer psychologist at Swansea University's Natural Products BioHUB, I study what motivates people to make more sustainable food choices - and how we can better engage meat eaters in the transition toward sustainable diets. I work with bioscience innovators to bring the consumer voice into the development and commercialisation of new natural products.
