Hamas Delivers Bodies of Israeli Hostages to Red Cross
(MENAFN) The Palestinian faction Hamas delivered the remains of three Israeli hostages to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Sunday evening, as part of a ceasefire agreement, confirmed the Israeli army.
According to a military statement, the coffins containing the remains were handed over to the Red Cross and were en route to Israeli forces stationed inside the Gaza Strip.
Earlier, Hamas had announced its intention to return the bodies of three captives, which they had retrieved from the rubble.
