Urban policy research strategist with 25 years' experience helping cities address complex social, economic and environmental challenges.

With a background in political science and journalism, I combine rigorous analysis with clear communication to bridge policy and practice. My work explores how urban management, major events, the built environment and technology shape governance and decision-making within and across cities.

As a current and former Visiting Fellow at several UK universities, I contribute to advancing a research agenda in city diplomacy, fostering collaboration among urban actors and highlighting the role of higher education institutions as transnational knowledge brokers in urban governance.
