US Revokes Visas of Foreigners Applauding Charlie Kirk’s Death
(MENAFN) The US State Department announced on Tuesday that it has rescinded the visas of multiple foreign individuals who openly expressed approval of the assassination of conservative figure Charlie Kirk. Kirk, known for co-founding Turning Point USA and gaining notoriety through political debates on college campuses, was fatally shot by a sniper last month while addressing a group of students in Utah.
In a message shared on X—coinciding with what would have been Kirk’s birthday—the State Department stated that the United States “has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans.”
This post included screenshots that the agency claimed were authored by six individuals from Germany, Argentina, Mexico, Brazil, Paraguay, and South Africa.
One person from Argentina allegedly accused Kirk of promoting racist ideologies and remarked that he “deserved” his fate.
Meanwhile, a German national was reported to have said, “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain.”
A Brazilian citizen purportedly wrote that Kirk “was the reason for a Nazi rally where they marched in homage to him” and that he had “died too late.”
According to the US State Department, these remarks represent “just a few examples of aliens who are no longer welcome in the US.”
The agency emphasized its intention to continue identifying and taking action against foreign nationals who endorse or celebrate violent acts against Americans.
