The facility, led by National Bank Capital Markets and Macquarie Bank Limited with participation from major financial institutions, provides flexible, non-dilutive funding for project advancement. An additional US$37.5 million equipment financing agreement with Komatsu Finance will support mine construction. Backed by cash flow from its Tocantinzinho Mine and recent environmental permit approval, GMIN plans to reach a Final Investment Decision later this month while strengthening its leadership team with the appointment of Jamie Flegg as Vice President, Corporate Development.
