I am the Chair of Lifespan Oral Health at the University of Sydney and an Australian Research Council DECRA fellow.I am a public health researcher and a social epidemiologist with the goal to generate research evidence and to facilitate its translation to reduce public health burden of diseases and health inequalities. I collaboratively lead a multi-centre and interdisciplinary data driven research program that applies cutting edge epidemiological methods on population-based datasets to quantify public health impact of interventions with focus on enhancing Health Equity Across Lifespan in Oral Health. Methodologically, I am interested in simulation of interventions using observational data, multilevel modelling, Markov-Based simulation models, quantification of health inequalities and evidence synthesis methods.
