BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mill Creek Residential , a leading developer, owner-operator and investment manager specializing in premier rental housing across the U.S., today announced it has broken ground on Modera Downtown Boca , a contemporary high-rise community in fast-growing Palm Beach County.

Modera Downtown Boca, which will feature 306 homes, is situated in the heart of Downtown Boca Raton, five blocks south of Palmetto Road. The community features a Walk Score of 91-considered a "walker's paradise"-surrounded by an array of high-end shopping, dining and entertainment options, including those in the highly desirable Mizner Park and Royal Palm Plaza.
