Egyptian President Hails Two-State Solution Conference As Historic Opportunity

Cairo, Sept. 22 (Petra) – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi welcomed the convening of the two-state solution conference in New York, describing it as a historic opportunity to end decades of conflict and suffering.
In a post on his official X account, President Sisi affirmed that the recognition of an independent Palestinian state and its realization on the ground is not a dream but a fundamental right for which the Palestinian people have long struggled, supported by peace-loving peoples worldwide.
He stressed that this solution is the only path to achieving lasting peace, security, and cooperation among the region's peoples.
