Kuwait Foreign Minister Meets Hungarian Counterpart

(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) NEW YORK, Sept 22 (KUNA) -- Kuwait Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya met on Monday with Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto on the sidelines of the 80th Session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release that the meeting addressed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields, in addition to discussing the latest developments on the regional and international arenas and issues of common interest.
The statement noted an agreement was signed between the governments of the State of Kuwait and the Government of Hungary to encourage and protect mutual investments, which reflects the determination of the two countries to strengthen and consolidate bilateral relations. (end)
