Dr Amelia Scott is a clinical psychologist and sleep researcher based in Sydney, Australia. She specialises in the assessment and treatment of insomnia and other sleep difficulties, with a particular interest in the intersection between sleep, chronic disease, and mental health. Amelia holds academic and clinical roles at Macquarie University and the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, where she supervises students, conducts research, and sees patients experiencing complex sleep problems.

Her work spans both digital innovation and real-world practice. She lead the development and implementation of“The Sleep Course,” a digital cognitive behavioural therapy program now offered by the MindSpot Clinic and an international partner site.
