Prior to this appointment, Mr. Al Amin served as Hotel Manager of The Westin Dhaka, where he also oversaw Cluster Sales & Marketing operations for both The Westin Dhaka and Sheraton Dhaka. He played a key role in the pre-opening team of Sheraton Dhaka, contributing significantly to its successful market debut.

With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Al Amin brings a wealth of knowledge in operations, strategy, and guest experience. His 7-year association with Marriott International has been marked by a strong track record in commercial excellence and service innovation.

In his new role, Mr. Al Amin aims to elevate Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel to new heights, positioning it as the leading international hotel brand in Bangladesh.
