“Two IFVs and one Typhoon-K armored vehicle were moving by rail toward the front. There were no tanks in the convoy. It consisted mainly of cheap passenger cars, numerous trucks, and old UAZ vehicles left over from the Soviet era. Fuel tanks and medical vehicles were also spotted in the convoy," the report said.

The vehicles bore the tactical insignia of Russian units from the Sever group, which took part in the battles in the Kursk and Kharkiv sectors.

ATESH noted that the recent change of commander of the Sever group and such movements may indicate preparations for active operations.
