I am currently an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Finance at Rochester Institute of Technology, where I teach courses in financial economics and real estate investment and asset management. I hold a Ph.D. from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business, with additional graduate training in economics and statistics. My research spans real estate finance, government contract risk, household finance, and asset pricing, with publications and working papers on topics such as CMBS, network effects in brokerage, and stock price bubble dynamics. I also have professional experience as a market risk analyst at JP Morgan and served as a 1st Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Air Force.
