UN General Assembly To Discuss Situation In Ukraine's TOT On Thursday
The session will take place in a debate format, with no decisions expected to be made. It will begin at 10:00 (Kyiv time: 17:00) and continue throughout the day.
Ukraine is expected to be represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Mariana Betza.
Since 2018, UN member states have annually included the item“Situation in the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine” on the General Assembly agenda. It was previously discussed in February of 2019–2022, in July 2023, and on February 24, 2024.
