Ukraine Has Decade-Long Roadmap To Liberate All Occupied Territories, Ukrainian General Says
“We have directions, we have a vision of how to return all temporarily occupied territories back to Ukraine. Together with our partners - the British and the Americans - we conducted a series of 'war games' where different scenarios were modeled, and we now have a 10–15-year outlook on where to move and how to develop,” Havryliuk said.
He also commented on the situation in the Black Sea:
“Regarding superiority in the Black Sea - let's stay grounded and be realistic. Superiority in the Black Sea must be achieved and maintained.”
