Turkish, Latvian Defense Leaders Hold Private Talks
(MENAFN) On Thursday, Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler welcomed Andris Spruds, his opposite number from the Baltic country of Latvia.
Guler received Spruds in the capital city of Ankara with a formal reception hosted at the ministry.
