Oh will lead COL's Southeast Asia operations and global press outreach, bringing 17 years of global experience across marketing, business strategy, and commercial leadership. His career began in marketing and communications before expanding into overseeing business operations and strategy on a global scale. Most notably, he served as the general manager of global MNC Microgaming in Taiwan, leading a team of 50 and driving significant regional growth.
In the entertainment industry, Oh built his reputation as a celebrity publicist at FLY Entertainment, managing international icons such as Girls Generation, Super Junior, and Henry Golding. At Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia, he led award-winning campaigns for Running Man and Death Note, and contributed to a joint venture with Japan's Nippon TV. He later expanded into app marketing, gaming, and content distribution, combining creative storytelling with data-driven growth strategies.

COL's newly launched distribution arm offers over 1,000 microdrama titles in both English and Chinese to broadcasters, streamers, telcos, and digital platforms worldwide, tapping into the surging global demand for short-form serialized storytelling.
