I have 30 years in K-12 education as a teacher, principal and superintendent of schools. As a clinical professor at Drexel University, I currently teach leadership courses in the Ed.D. Program and courses for aspiring school superintendents and principals in the Master's and Ed.D. Programs. My focus areas include AI and leadership, AI and the EdD, STEM, Organizational Change, and Innovation in education. I also worked with Egyptian STEM High Schools and Egyptian Universities in implementing adaptive and collaborative leadership models.
