The program is aimed at offering financial support to farming households and cooperative groups to enhance socio-economic progress in the countryside.

The initiative is intended to give rural communities easier access to funding, enabling families to cultivate seasonal crops, raise animals, build practical skills, and increase their income through small-scale business ventures. Its broader goals include alleviating poverty, improving living standards, and reinforcing local economies in alignment with national development strategies, according to reports.

In addition to financial assistance, the project provides agricultural and livestock training, helps reduce production expenses by offering better access to tools and materials, and supports efforts to market and distribute farm products more effectively.
