Latham Adds Leading Congressional Investigations And National Security Partner In Washington, D.C.
Le's significant congressional investigations experience includes serving on SSCI Majority staff from 2017 to 2021, where she was lead investigative counsel for a historic bipartisan investigation. In this role, Le oversaw more than 180 transcribed interviews, drafted and served all SSCI subpoenas, and co-authored the SSCI's comprehensive, bipartisan report on Russian Interference in the 2016 elections. In addition, Le provided ongoing legal advice to Chairman Burr and SSCI leadership on oversight of intelligence activities, constitutional authorities, and whistleblower matters.
Le served at ODNI from 2021 to 2023, where she led the intelligence community's interagency effort to reauthorize section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and advanced key initiatives for the Director of National Intelligence. During her time at ODNI, Le also completed a detail as Associate Counsel in the Office of White House Counsel, where she worked on sensitive oversight matters.

Le is the latest former government official to join Latham's top-tier White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, after the recent arrivals of Ed Siskel , former White House Counsel, Marc Berger , former Acting Director and Deputy Director of the SEC's Division of Enforcement and now Co-Chair of Latham's White Collar Defense & Investigations Practice, and Paul Rosen , former Assistant Secretary of the US Department of Treasury for Investment Security.
Le joins Latham from DLA Piper. She began her legal career as an Honors Attorney at the National Security Agency. Le received her JD from The George Washington University Law School and her BA from Harvard University.
