Captain W. Ashley Smith, Jr., President and Director of Operations for Jet Logistics, who conducted the mission as Pilot in Command, said, "Our Hawker's range, reliability, and comfort allowed us to complete this mission in minimum time with a comfortable working environment for all members of the flight crew and medical team and at a competitive cost".

Angela Hall, President and Program Manager for Air EMS commented, "As a veteran myself, I take great pride in supporting the needs of our country's servicemembers and their families serving overseas.
