Jordanian Field Hospital In Nablus Begins Operations To Provide Medical Aid

Amman, March 23 (Petra) – The Jordanian Field Hospital Nablus/6 commenced operations on Sunday, offering comprehensive medical and therapeutic services aimed at alleviating the suffering of residents in the West Bank.
The hospital's commanding officer emphasized that this initiative underscores Jordan's steadfast commitment to its humanitarian and medical mission toward the Palestinian people. He reaffirmed the medical staff's dedication to providing advanced healthcare services despite the prevailing challenges in the region.
On its first day, the hospital received 544 patients, addressing various medical needs, including minor surgeries, chronic disease management, laboratory tests, and emergency internal medicine cases. Equipped with specialized clinics, the facility ensures high-quality care across multiple disciplines.
The hospital features specialized clinics in pediatrics, gynecology, internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, dermatology, ophthalmology, ENT, dentistry, and general medicine. Additionally, it houses two major operating rooms, a minor surgery unit, two intensive care units, a radiology lab, a sterilization unit, and a pharmacy, ensuring a fully integrated healthcare system for patients.
A highly qualified team of doctors, nurses, and specialized medical professionals operates the facility, providing care in line with global healthcare standards.
