KUWAIT, March 23 (KUNA) -- His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable of congratulations, Sunday, to the President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari on his country's national day.
