AAAMS Launches Innovative Mentorship Program For Aesthetic Medicine Practitioners In Beverly Hills

"Our mentorship program provides the perfect solution by offering supervised clinical experience in a state-of-the-art facility, allowing practitioners to build confidence and clientele without the substantial upfront investment typically required to start an independent practice."

The AAAMS Mentorship Program features several innovative components:

• Revenue-sharing model : Participants keep 50% of their treatment revenue after covering product costs
• On-site Medical Director supervision : All treatments performed under expert guidance
• Fully equipped treatment rooms : Premium Beverly Hills facility with all necessary equipment provided
• Comprehensive malpractice insurance : Coverage included for all supervised activities
• Turnkey administrative support : Scheduling, patient coordination, and operational assistance included

The program is specifically designed for Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and MDs who have completed certification in Botox and dermal fillers through AAAMS or another accredited training entity.

For a monthly fee of $500, participants receive 8 hours of supervised training per month, with additional hours available at $150 per hour. This represents a fraction of the cost of establishing an independent practice, which typically requires an initial investment of $10,000 to $50,000 or more.
