American metal band Megadeth announces performance in Istanbul
(MENAFN) Legendary American metal band Megadeth, a trailblazer in the thrash metal scene, is set to perform at KucukCiftlik Park in Istanbul on September 22.
Following their sold-out show in Turkey the previous June, where tickets vanished in just 15 minutes, the band will return for a single stop in Istanbul during their European tour—aside from their scheduled performances with American heavy metal band Disturbed.
Megadeth’s lineup, featuring drummer Dirk Verbeuren, bassist James LoMenzo, guitarist Teemu Mantysaari, and guitarist/vocalist Dave Mustaine, will treat Turkish fans to live renditions of songs from their latest album for the first time.
