
CEO Warrior Adds New Mindset, Recruiting Classes To Year-Long Training Schedule
August said the two newest training sessions, Mindset Warrior and Recruiting Warrior, were built around the expertise of CEO Warrior's master advisors.
Advisor Sandy Papavero, the company's sales and marketing director, is a licensed mindset coach with training in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). She will be heading the Mindset Warrior training.
Director of Training Kevin Hill and Director of Advisement Jason Noel have been tapped to lead the new Recruiting Warrior training. These three master advisors are some of the skilled trades industry's most knowledgeable business educators.
The two classes are part of a complete training schedule that includes classes at CEO Warrior's Eatontown, New Jersey, headquarters, and online classes throughout the remainder of the year.
Classes at the company's headquarters include:
- Leadership/Operations Warrior: April 9-11 and Nov. 5-7
- CSR/Dispatch Warrior: April 24-25
- Road Warrior: May 7-9 and August 13-15
- Recruiting Warrior: June 12-13 and Oct. 6-7
- Sales Warrior: Sept. 10-12
- Service Business Live: Sept. 11-12
- War Planning: Oct. 21-22
The company will also host the following events online:
- Mindset Warrior: May 12 and July 10
- Dispatch Warrior: March 13-14
- Train the Trainer: March 21 and Dec. 11
- Outbound Warrior: June 26-27
- Membership Bootcamp: Dec. 4
While most sessions are only open to CEO Warrior members, events like Service Business Live (SBL) are open to a limited number of non-members. SBL provides business owners with proven strategies that merge learning with interactive workshops that address critical challenges and personal struggles owners face each day. The class will be hosted at the New Jersey headquarters May 15-16 and again on Sept 11-12 at the CEO Warrior headquarters in Eatontown, New Jersey.
