The best time to practice yoga can vary, but research shows that the right time can help maximize its benefits. Practicing yoga early in the morning, before starting your day, can provide energy and prepare the mind for daily challenges. At this time, the body has just woken up, and yoga can naturally bring the body back to its optimal state, setting you up for a productive day.

On the other hand, practicing yoga in the afternoon or evening can be equally beneficial. This is often when your body and mind are tired from the day's activities. Yoga during these hours can help reduce stress and restore the energy needed to continue with your day or evening activities. Additionally, practicing yoga before bed can calm the mind and improve sleep quality.
