IAAPI Amusement Expo 2025 To Drive Industry Growth With Global Participation
The event has secured support from the Ministry of Tourism under the 'Incredible India' initiative, the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, and Uttar Pradesh Tourism as Partner State.
The exhibition represents a significant milestone for India's Amusement, Leisure, and Entertainment (ALE) industry, building upon previous successful iterations.
This year's expanded event aims to connect industry leaders, innovators, and stakeholders while showcasing advanced products, services, and technologies in the sector.
More than 200 exhibitors from over 20 countries are expected to participate, including representatives from Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Dubai (UAE), Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Liechtenstein, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The expo will feature various concurrent events, such as the IAC Connect conference, Networking Evening, National Awards for Excellence, and specialised training programs.
Mr. Srikanth Goenka, Chairman of IAAPI, highlighted the industry's growth trajectory, stating, "The Attractions Industry is on the cusp of unprecedented growth, with the potential to double in size by 2030."
According to industry data, the Indian Amusement Park and Indoor Amusement Centre industry was valued at approximately INR 11,500 crore in 2023 and is projected to reach INR 22,000 crore by 2027, assuming a 12 percent CAGR from 2023-2027 and 6 percent growth thereafter.
The exhibition will showcase a diverse range of exhibitors from the amusement and entertainment sectors, including manufacturers of rides, games, and attractions, as well as suppliers of safety equipment, ride control systems, and theming elements.
Additionally, the expo will provide a platform for startups and emerging businesses to present their innovations.
Expected attendees include professionals from the amusement and attraction industry, potential investors from malls and real estate, resorts, hospitality chains, restaurants and cafes, sports bars, and municipal and local government authorities interested in developing tourism destinations, smart cities, and entertainment hubs.
Established in 1999, IAAPI has been instrumental in developing India's amusement and entertainment industry.
The association currently represents over 500 members, including SMEs, park operators, and equipment manufacturers, advocating for the industry's continued advancement and growth.
